Title Company Launches Online Document Delivery System

LAKEWOOD, NJ-Said to be one of the first in the country, the system enables real estate attorneys and clients to electronically access title-search documents.

LAKEWOOD, NJ-Madison Title Agency, which focuses its business on the New Jersey/New York metro area, has launched an advanced Web-enabled document delivery system enabling attorneys and their clients to access the necessary title search documents online. The system is password-protected.

“File documents, including title searches, judgment searches and other third-party searches will be accessible from our server in Adobe Acrobat PDF format,” according to MTA president Joseph Rosenbaum. “Clients log on to our Web site, selected the desired client file number and then open any document in that client’s file.
