"The purpose of all these moves is to help us serve our clients better," Sperling tells GlobeSt.com.
Previously, she reported to Steve Moyski, senior managing director. Now, Sperling is on equal footing with Moyski and will oversee all brokerage, property management and corporate outsourcing business for Crow in the Rocky Mountain region, which covers Colorado, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico.
Hackett come to Trammel Crow from the New York office of Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked with more than 400 brokers supporting corporate business development. He will oversee new business development, account management, client services and service delivery. Before joining C&W, he worked at the RREEF Fund and Jones Lang Wooten, where he focused on institutional and corporate real estate.
Kluck was a top industrial broker at First Industrial and is the current president of the Denver Metro Commercial Real Estate Association and will take over as president of SIOR in 2002. A local business journal named him a "Heavy Hitter" for the past five years.
Barrett previously was the director of development and asset management for Catellus Development Corp., where he helped market, lease and develop the 300-acre Stapleton Business Center. At Trammell Crow, he will focus mostly on institutional landlord listing business.
Barrett and Kluck will replace Norm Bledsoe, who is retiring after 29 years with Trammell Crow.
During the past six months, Trammell Crow has added close to 2 million sf of new office and industrial and leasing and management business.
The firm currently manages and leases about 19 million sf in the metro area, more than any other brokerage house, Sperling says.
