2 Suburban Office Lease Deals Take 30,000 SF

SOUTHFIELD, MI-New York Life Insurance Co. has signed a seven-year renewal for 20,855 sf at 2000 Town Center. Raymond Husband of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Manhattan-based tenant, while Clarence Gleeson of Pankhurst Properties represented building ownership BRE/Southfield LLC.

Meanwhile, Clayton Group Services, an environmental consulting firm, has signed a new five-year lease for approximately 10,000 sf at 39830 Grand River Ave. in Novi. Tysen McCarthy, Joe Rosenberg, Carole Lieberman and Kelvin Walker of Cushman & Wakefield represented Michigan-based Clayton Services Group during lease negotiations. The landlord, Intech Ventures of Novi, was represented by JonSavoy and Dorreen Hicks of Grubb & Ellis.
