Global Bridge Engineering Giants Do Deal

ORLANDO-Parsons of Washington, DC has purchased Finley McNary Engineers Inc. of Tallahassee for an undisclosed price, creating one of the world's largest commercial bridge and tunnel construction divisions. Tallahassee is 250 miles northwest of Downtown Orlando.

ORLANDO-Parsons, the 116-year-old, Washington, DC-based engineering and transportation organization, has acquired 12-year-old Finley McNary Engineers Inc. of Tallahassee for an undisclosed price. Tallahassee is 250 miles northwest of Downtown Orlando.

The deal creates one of the world’s largest commercial bridge and tunnel construction divisions. The Finley McNary staff will be integrated into a newly formed bridge and tunnel division. R. Craig Finley Jr., co-founder/president, Finley McNary Engineers Inc., will manage the division for Parsons.
