The Camelback Corridor has the most sought after office space in the Valley, with lease rates in new class A buildings going as much as $30 per sf. The corner of 24th Street and Camelback Road is considered the focal point of the corridor, serving as a confluence for real estate, financial and brokerage firms. The section also hosts the Biltmore Fashion Park. A new office building sits on the southwest corner of Camelback's intersection with 32nd St.

Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association of America is the owner of the Biltmore Commerce Center. The Phoenix office of Insignia/ESG, with Michael White and Mitch Chilton, represented Teachers in the transaction.
