CARLSBAD, CA-Phase I of a four-phase project for the Kelly Corporate Center, a multi-tenant office building at the corner of Hidden Valley Road and Palomar Airport Road, has been finished.

Smith Consulting Architects served as the project architect. The Allen Group is the developer of the project, with Harve Filuk, project manager, providing oversight. Being constructed in four phases, Kelly Corporate Center will encompass four office buildings located on the former Kelly Ranch.

Phase I comprises one two-story, 84,000-sf multi-tenant office building. Each building will feature painted concrete, expansive use of high-performance reflective green glazing, and granite stone accents. Phase II is currently under construction, with completion slated for early next year.
