Sheldon Good Manager Promoted to Partner

DENVER-James M. MacDonnell has been involved in almost 10% of the firm's $8 billion in real estate sales, including $300 million of commercial properties on behalf of the Resolution Trust Corp.

DENVER-Chicago-based Sheldon Good & Co. International, one of the oldest and largest real estate auction houses in the US, has promoted the manager of its Denver office, James M. MacDonnell to executive director and partner of the firm. Since it was founded about 35 years ago, Sheldon Good & Co. has sold almost $8 billion in real estate.

MacDonnell, 54, has been involved in almost 10% of the sales. Since joining the company in 1987, he participated in the sale of more than $700 million in residential and commercial properties.
