The buyer paid Crow Holdings of Boca Raton $9.7 million or $140,578 per unit for the four-year-old, 69-unit San Marino at Town Place located within walking distance of the upscale Town Center Mall.

Atlantic Realty Partners, a Deerfield Beach, FL-based brokerage, negotiated for Crow. "San Marino at Town Place is located in one of the nation's most sought-after apartment investment markets" Marc deBaptiste, Atlantic Realty Partners' co-founding managing director, tells GlobeSt.com.

The property attracted significant attention, adds Byron Moger, one of the brokerage's multifamily sales specialists. The property "was pursued by institutional buyers as well as private sources due to its premium location and high quality," Moger says.
