The foundation, which sponsors the formation of housing associations, will occupy 41,000-sf in the Laguna Woods mixed-use development. Golden Rain has inked a 10-year lease with the owner, PD Town Centre LP.
PD Town Centre LP was represented by John Gillepsie of Newport Commercial Realty Services. The Golden Rain Foundation was represented by a Julien J. Studley Inc. brokerage team consisting of Myron G. Galchutt of the Orange County office and Maury Gentile of the Downtown Los Angeles office.
The 12-acre Town Centre complex is located at 24325 El Toro Rd. Its original owner, Polygon Development, designed the complex to include a medical office building, hotel, restaurant, and a retail center, in addition to several office buildings.
