Miller Starting Second Townsend Place Phase

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-The locally based general contractor projects a 13-month construction schedule for the $23 million, nine-story, 97-unit condominium community 40 miles north of Downtown Miami.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Miller Construction Co. plans an early October start on phase two of Townsend Place, a luxury condominium project in Boca Raton. The Fort Lauderdale-based general contractor is projecting a 13-month construction schedule on the $23 million, nine-story project that abuts the Boca Raton Resort & Club golf course on Mizner Boulevard.

Under contract with Deerfield Beach, FL-based Boca Developers Inc., Miller is building 97 apartments within 290,000 sf above two levels of parking. Coral Gables, FL-based Brito, Cohan & Associates Inc. is the project architect.
