The 56,679-sf concrete tilt-up facility is located at 14650 Hoover Ave. It is one of three freestanding distribution buildings that comprise the Westminster Business Center. Developed by Sares-Regis Group, the 202,494-sf project was completed earlier this year.
The development features two-story office space, 26-ft interior warehouse clearance, dock high loading and secured truck yards. In addition, the buildings are fully sprinklered.
Pyramid Logistics was represented by Sean Ahern of Lee & Associates. Sares-Regis was represented by a CB Richard Ellis brokerage team from the firm's Anaheim and Newport Beach offices. The team consisted of Brad Bierbaum, Bob Goodmanson and Brian Devere of the Anaheim office and Mark Larson and Gary Stache of the Newport Beach office.
