Design Securities, which installs and monitors home and business alarm systems, will move into an office building at 501 S. 48th St. It is near the northeast corner of University Drive and 48th Street in Tempe. The Airport Business Center is near a number of major freeways through the Valley. It's just blocks from the Hohokam Expressway, about a mile from Interstate 10 and a mile from the Red Mountain Freeway section of Loop 202. Sky Harbor Airport is less than a mile to the west.
