FacilityPro offers online solutions to customers in the purchase of their maintenance, repairs and operations products.
"This acquisition does not represent a change in corporate direction, nor is it an overhaul of our business plan," FacilityPro CEO Larry Hall says in a prepared statement. "Today, we can now serve as the procurement department for any commercial real estate owner or property management company."
