Harold Phillips, an executive in the firm's Dallas office, tells GlobeSt.com that the company should have four or five people in the Austin office in about a month.
Jay Lamy of the Austin office of Dallas-based Staubach Co. has represented Brown and Mike Murphy of Pyramid Properties Inc., based in Austin, has represented the building owner, Sage Land Co.
Executive Plaza is a six-story building on a stretch of Burnet Road that connects busy north Austin with growing Round Rock. It has quick access to Interstate 35, MoPac Expressway and Texas 183.
