Whitehall Industrial Acquires Ex-Mack Truck Facility

SEVERN, MD-This 221,000 sf facility is located on 22 acres and is now a part of a 1.5-million sf portfolio Whitehall has created in a region stretching from Washington/Baltimore to New Jersey and Boston.

Rick Latini and Michael Elardo of Colliers Pinkard represented Whitehall Industrial in the deal and the firm is the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for the property. Whitehall was founded in late 1999, and target industrial properties for acquisition and redevelopment in three markets: Baltimore/Washington, New Jersey and Boston. Whitehall Industrial has acquired 1.5 million sf of industrial space since the company was established.
