AMB Signs Leases for 75,000 SF Near O'Hare

BENSENVILLE, IL-The San Francisco-based owner lands leases here as well as Rosemont. The largest is 62,934 sf at 630-44 Supreme Dr. with Forward Air, Inc. Trammell Crow Co. vice president Thomas P. Wagener brokers the deals.

BENSENVILLE, IL-Forward Air, Inc. has leased 62,934 sf at 630-44 Supreme Dr. in the Bensenville Industrial Park. It is one of three leases signed by San Francisco-based AMB Property Corp., brokered by Trammell Crow Co.

Trammell Crow Co. vice president Thomas P. Wagener, SIOR, CCIM represented both parties in the lease deal in the O’Hare submarket. He also represented AMB in transportation/distribution services company Dynamex, Inc.’s 9,600-sf lease at 5233 N. Pearl St. in Rosemont as well as a 2,500-sf lease at 9848 W. Farragut for coin-operated laundry equipment distributor French Maid, Inc. Both properties are in the AMB O’Hare Center.
