SEATTLE, WA-Extended Stay America is showing interest in developing a 107-room, five-story hotel on 15th Avenue Northwest in Ballard, just south of Market Street. It would be the first hotel for the northwest Seattle Neighborhood, and it would be Extended Stay America’s first project within the city limits of Seattle.

In a neighborhood best know for parks, marinas and restaurants along Shilshole Bay, Publicly traded ESA wants to build on a lot on the other side of Ballard, next door to a Safeway and across the street from Walgreens. ESA also has developments in the surrounding cities of Bothell, Everett, Renton and Tukwila.
