The building is part of Newport Beach, CA-based Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors' 5.2 million sf Houston portfolio. The 616 FM 1960 West is an eight-story, 142,606-sf office building.
Phillip Thompson and Mark Russell of Trione & Gordon ONCOR International in Houston represented Chase Bank in the lease negotiations. Michelle Wogan of CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Houston team acted for Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors.
Chase currently has in excess of 70 banking locations in Houston and the surrounding area. J.P. Morgan Chase was formed Dec. 31, 2000 in a merger of The Chase Manhattan Corp., of which Chase Bank of Texas was an affiliate, and J.P. Morgan & Co. Inc.
