The building is located at 1120 W. La Veta and owned by CRC Real Estate Corp. Sonya Dopp-Grech of Lee & Associates Orange Inc. represented both sides of the transaction.
The deal follows a $9.1-million lease transaction in Laguna Hills, involving the Town Centre office complex. The tenant, Golden Rain Foundation of Laguna Hills, inked a 10-year lease with owner PD Town Centre LP.
Golden Rain, which sponsors the formation of housing associations, will occupy 41,000-sf at the 12-acre complex. Located at 24325 El Toro Rd, the Town Centre complex was designed to include a medical office building, hotel, restaurant and a retail center, in addition to several office buildings. It was originally owned by Polygon Development.
