Ft. Worth, Dallas Office Buildings Land New Tenants

FT. WORTH-Healthsource Consultants Inc. has inked a 4,747-sf sublease pact with Mpower Communications Corp. for its corporate headquarters at One Ridgmar Centre in Ft. Worth. The lease runs through April 2004.

Jefferson Griffith, an associate with the Ft. Worth-based Woodmont Co., and Bob Acuff, vice president of Dallas-based Cawley International, represented MPower Communications, a five-year-old provider of integrated broadband data and voice services to small- and medium-size businesses. Tyler Trehant of the Richard D. Minker Co. handled talks for the sublessee for the 6500 W. Freeway office building.
