SANTA ANA, CA-A Santa Ana-based limited liability company has acquired two industrial buildings in Nevada from Kilroy Realty for $12.3 million.

The larger of the two facilities encompasses 106,717 sf. It is a single-tenant property that houses the Logistics Return Center for Wal-Mart. Built in 1993. The facility is located at 1900 Aerojet Way in Las Vegas.

The second building stands at 795 Trademark Drive in Reno. It is a 75,257-sf single-tenant distribution facility, which is occupied by MEMEC.
