Entertainment Lighting will be relocating from its current location at 5426 Fair Ave. in North Hollywood to the Sun Valley site. The move, which is slated for the first quarter of 2002, will allow the company to double the size of its headquarters.

Meanwhile, the Sun Valley location is undergoing extensive tenant improvements. The building is a concrete tilt-up with 9,000 sf of two-story offices and 28-ft minimum warehouse clearance. It stands on nearly three acres at 11440 Sheldon St. The adjacent half-acre parcel, which is located at 11448 Sheldon St., will be used for parking and storage.

The buyer was represented by Bob Hoyer of Van Nuys-based Delphi Business Properties. The estate of Rose Dorfman, Nansee Lanning and Barry Dorfman, the sellers of 11440 Sheldon St., was represented by Ross Thomas of Delphi and Nigel Stout of Grubb & Ellis. Thomas also represented the sellers of 11448 Sheldon St., George and Nansee Lanning.
