Insignia Beefs Up Staff in Washington

WASHINGTON, DC-Larry Twerdok comes on board as a senior managing director for the mid-Atlantic, while the firm beefs up its retail brokerage division by adding Jason Flippo.

At the same time the company added to its executive ranks, it also beefed up its brokers in the retail real estate division, adding Jason Flippo. Flippo will be based in Washington, but will focus on retail in the entire metropolitan area, including Maryland and Northern Virginia. Before coming to Insignia, he was an associate at Grubb & Ellis, where he represented tenants and landlords throughout the area.
