Schnitzer Picks Civica Office Investment Boss

BELLEVUE, WA-Schnitzer Northwest has named Catherine Munson investment manager for its Civica Office Commons complex Downtown. Munson formerly served as a vice president with Norris, Beggs & Simpson.

BELLEVUE, WA-Catherine Munson will take control of property management for the Civica Office complex Downtown, according to Schnitzer Northwest.

Munson, formerly a vice president for the regional real estate firm, Norris, Beggs & Simpson, has held similar property management posts in the past. At Norris, Beggs & Simpson, she managed 1.5 million sf of office, retail and industrial properties She also did similar work at at Rockwood Development in Salem, OR and Equities Northwest/Killian Properties in Portland, OR.

“We are thrilled to have Cathy on board,” Schnitzer Northwest Managing Principal, Dan Ivanoff said in announcing the new hire. “We searched long and hard for the right person to manage our Civica property and we couldn’t have found a better person. She is very skilled and will be asignificant addition to the Schnitzer Northwest team.”
