Valley Real Estate Firms Hire, Promote

PHOENIX- Valley real estate firms and related professional industries make a series of promotions and hires, from vice presidents to a revenue management director. In all, five firms have lined up changes for their teams.

PHOENIX-Valley real estate firms and related professions have implemented several personnel changes in hires and promotions.

Sarah E. Suggs is the new senior vice president of marketing for Phoenix-based Pivotal Group. She formerly was a corporate marketing executive for KSL Resorts, owners of several exclusive resorts.

Pivotal Group owns the Century Plaza Hotel & Spa and the St. Regis Hotel in Los Angeles; Red Mountain Spa in southern Utah; 6,500-acre Promontory Ranch Club in Park City, UT; and 650 California Street in San Francisco’s financial district. The company also is developing Esplanade Plaza, a luxury condominium at the southeast corner of 24th Street and Camelback Road in Phoenix.
