In a statement, Advantis' Charlie Polk said, "The favorable rental terms we were able to negotiate, combined with its geographic location and accessibility to the interstate, made Colonial Place the perfect fit for Charter One." Polk was not immediately available for further comment. Charter One is headquartered in Richmond and has more than 30 offices in the Midwest and eastern United States. It is a leading retail mortgage lender and servicer of mortgages, with over 230,000 customers.
