The other deal was a seven-year lease deal of 19,800 sf of industrial space to Dough Re Mi Co. in Detroit. The company will bake and supply Krispy Kreme doughnuts for more than 400 gas stations and grocery stores in the area. David Giltner, a vice president at Grubb and Ellis, completed the deal.
