The company has already occupied the 12,960-sf office space, which is double the size of its previous location, a 5,000-sf space at 777 S. Figueroa St. ClickAction has inked a five-year lease for the new space. The deal is valued at more than $2 million.

ClickAction was represented by Greg Tuszynski of Grubb & Ellis' Downtown Los Angeles office. Library Tower's owner, Maguire Partners, was represented in-house by Pat McRoskey, Tony Morales, Josh Wrobel and Jennifer Stone.

With 73 floors, the 1.3 million-sf Library Tower is the city's tallest building. Security has been stepped up here in recent weeks, including a visible presence of guards checking the identification of all visitors. Maguire Partners is currently developing long-term security plans for all of the company's high profile buildings, according to a company spokesperson.
