The buildings are located at 7451 and 7452 Lorge Circle. They encompass a total of 30,768 sf.
The seller, Lorge Circle Ltd., was represented by Steve Schloemer of Colliers Seeley. Jeff Grand Partners was represented by David Cox and Tad Garabedian of Ashwill Associates.
Jeff Grand Partners has scooped up these two facilities after dumping a Huntington Beach industrial property last month. The company sold the building to private investor Henry Hung for nearly $1 million. Encompassing 10,800 sf, the facility is located at 15655 Commerce Lane.
The investment group had purchased the property in the spring, as part of a $1.4-million deal. That building, as well as an industrial property at 15635 Commerce Lane, were acquired from Ritua Hanu Trust.
