DALLAS-Two retailers and a call center operator sew up sites in the Dallas-Ft. Worth suburbs of Addison, Frisco and Bedford.

Pro Fitness is rolling out the first health club of two health clubs planned for the DFW region. The launch begins in a 12,445-sf inline spot at the Centre at Preston Ridge, positioned at the intersection of Preston Road and Gaylord Parkway. The health club will open doors in 2002 and follow with a McKinney location shortly thereafter. David Levinson and Karen McCulley, both of Dallas-based Weitzman Group’s commercial retail division, handled negotiations along with Paul Vennon of the John T. Evans Co., also of the Dallas area. Briar Preston Ridge Partners LP is the property owner.
