Sandra Weck of Colliers International brokered the lease on behalf of T.J. Maxx. Jeff Douglas of Colliers Tingey represented the landlord, Five Souls, LLC. "Vineyard Town Center has really come into its own," says Weck. "The center will now have 2 great anchors in T.J. Maxx and Nob Hill Foods that create synergy with the fun shops like Petco and Starbucks."

Vineyard Town center is also home to tenants such as Bank of America, McDonald's and the Wherehouse. Nob Hill Foods is planning a million dollar remodel of its store. The center is considered an excellent retail location because there are more than 53,000 people living in a five-mile radius, and the average household income is $85,000.

Weck tells GlobeSt.com that she could not reveal the lease rate. A Colliers report indicates that the average for the area is approximately $2.09 per sf, monthly.
