Talcott Realty, based in Hartford, CT, recently bought the building in San Antonio's CBD from Lowe Enterprises. Tenants include Bank of America and the Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP law firm.

"We are pleased to establish this key relationship with Talcott in San Antonio through management of this trophy asset," Kevin Roberts, Transwestern's senior vice president and city leader, said in a prepared statement.

Transwestern, based in Chicago, leases and manages more than 100 million sf around the country. It also has developed more than 5.3 million sf. The Bank of America Plaza was built in 1983 by Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co.
