Crescent Takes Greenway Plaza Leasing In House

HOUSTON-Ft. Worth-based Crescent Real Estate Equities Co. has decided to take the leasing contract for Greenway Plaza in house, hiring a former Jones Lang LaSalle vice president to do the job. Warren Savery is the new overseer of the 4.3 million-sf development.

A source at Crescent tells GlobeSt.com that Senterra Real Estate of Houston was the prior leasing manager in a third-party contract. While at Jones Lang LaSalle in Houston, Savery oversaw a 1.1 million-sf suburban office portfolio. He has 20 years’ experience in landlord representation, leasing such well-known Houston buildings as Four Oaks Place, Weslayan Tower, One Riverway, American General Center and the Galleria Office Center.
