Two units in the first phase at Dukes Meadow have already been pre-let to solicitors Thring Townsend and the Granada/Post Office joint venture, Quadrant Catering. A third unit is also under offer. Individual suites from just over 8,000sqft (743sqm) and building from 15,662sqft (1,455sqm) are currently available.

The Laing Property/Bank of Scotland joint venture was established in 1999. It already has a £125 million ($185 million) development programme under way along the M3/M4 corridor including three schemes in Reading, Berkshire and two in Frimley, Hampshire. The company aims to double the size of its portfolio to over £250 million ($370 million) by the end of 2001.
