Avance Family Support Program is a San Antonio-based family intervention program that targets low-income Hispanic families with parental education, early childhood education, youth development, social support systems, adult and higher education and employment development. L. Michael Wallace of Colliers International's Houston office represented Avance in the lease negotiations. Faron Wiley of Trammell Crow Co.'s Houston team handled talks for building owner, Park Land Energy Group.
Norman V. Munoz, also of Colliers International's Houston office, completed negotiations for Castle Tire Corp. The operation will be moving into a warehouse at 6410 Winfree. Welcome Wilson Jr. and Ryan Wasaff were the in-house representatives for the property owner, GSL Industrial.
