Northwest, Southeast Bait 25,410 SF in Industrial Leases

HOUSTON-Avance Family Support and Castle Tire Corp. grab spots in Houston's northwest and southeast submarkets, respectively. Avance, a San Antonio-based provider, is the largest of the two space takers, signing for 13,390 sf at 4821 Dacoma.

HOUSTON-Industrial leases totaling 25,410 sf are inked and tenants ready to go in Houston’s northwest and southeast submarkets. Avance Family Support Program will be moving into 13,390 sf at 4281 Dacoma in the northwest corridor and Castle Tire Corp. has signed for 12,020 sf in the southeast.

Avance Family Support Program is a San Antonio-based family intervention program that targets low-income Hispanic families with parental education, early childhood education, youth development, social support systems, adult and higher education and employment development. L. Michael Wallace of Colliers International’s Houston office represented Avance in the lease negotiations. Faron Wiley of Trammell Crow Co.’s Houston team handled talks for building owner, Park Land Energy Group.
