Building 9 is one of three buildings currently under construction in the second phase of development at the 1.5 million sf business park. Tenants already located at Chiswick Park include France Telecom, Foxtons, IntelSat, Flagg Telecom, Regus, Centrica and Esporta. The development is being carried out by Stanhope on behalf of the Chiswick Park Unit Trust which is managed by Schroder Property Managers and advised by Aberdeen Property Asset Managers.

Teletext Managing Director Mike Stewart said: 'We are looking forward to re-uniting all of our employees under one roof. Teletext is a fast-moving new media organisation that is constantly evolving. We therefore require offices that reflect the dynamic pace of the company, and we have managed to fulfil this in Chiswick Park'.

Teletext was advised by Dunphy's and Insignia Richard Ellis. FPD Savills and Jones Lang LaSalle are joint letting agents.
