Teletext Takes Chiswick Park Building

LONDON-Online news provider Teletext for has signed a pre-letting on a 42,500-sf building at Stanhope's Chiswick Park scheme in West London. The company will be relocating 350 staff from offices in Fulham and Chelsea Harbour.

LONDON-Online news provider Teletext has signed a pre-letting on the 42,5900 sf Building 9 at Chiswick Park in West London. The building is scheduled for completion in March 2002, when the company will relocate 350 staff from offices in Fulham and Chelsea Harbour.

Building 9 is one of three buildings currently under construction in the second phase of development at the 1.5 million sf business park. Tenants already located at Chiswick Park include France Telecom, Foxtons, IntelSat, Flagg Telecom, Regus, Centrica and Esporta. The development is being carried out by Stanhope on behalf of the Chiswick Park Unit Trust which is managed by Schroder Property Managers and advised by Aberdeen Property Asset Managers.
