The Chatham, NJ office of Trammell Crow Co. has the assignment. Senior vice president James Postell and vice presidents Richard Van Houten, Jr. and Kenneth G. Flynn are marketing the space, which is "being offered at rents significantly below market rates," according to Van Houten.
"The space is a good opportunity for a company looking to lock in low occupancy costs for an extended period of time, as the sublease runs through November 30, 2012," according to Van Houten. The space is also divisible to units of just under 13,400 sf.
