Wyndham Takes Charge of Three Premier Tourist Havens

DALLAS-Dallas-based Wyndham International stamps three management pacts for upscale properties in Martha's Vineyard and St. Maarten's Island in the Netherlands Antilles. The popular Sapphire Beach Club gets re-branded in the process.

DALLAS-Wyndham International Inc., based in Dallas, has signed off on three premier property management contracts in two business days. Along with a contract in the Netherlands Antilles comes a re-branding of a luxury resort.

Wyndham is taking over at the 53-room Kelley House and 124-room Harbor View in Martha’s Vineyard. This month, Kelley House and Harbor View begins an expansion project to add 60 and 130 guestrooms, respectively. Wyndham takes over Nov. 1.

Kelley House was built in 1742 as a tavern and is situated on the waterfront in downtown Edgartown. It was renovated in 2000. Harbor View also was recently renovated and boasts expansive views of the harbor and famous Edgartown Lighthouse.
