Xerox Inks Lease Extension at Greensboro Park

MCLEAN, VA-The firm has renewed its lease in Tysons Corner for 22,556 sf. Xerox has been a tenant in the office park since 1980.

Mark Roberts, corporate managing director, and Paul Schweitzer, executive vice president at Julien J. Studley, which announced the deal, represented the owner 8180 Greensboro LLC. Greensboro Park is an office complex of two buildings totaling 480,000 sf. The park was originally developed by The Clover Companies and is currently owned by affiliates controlled by The Clover Companies and the RREEF Funds.
