John Nelson of L.J. Melody & Company arranged the financing on behalf of The Cannery Properties LLC. Nelson tells GlobeSt.com that the three-story building recently converted its 3rd floor from retail space to office space, providing a nearly 36,000 sf office for the Coudert Brothers, a law firm.

The Cannery contains approximately 64,000 sf of specialty retail and 36,000 sf of office space. Prior to the renovation, the Cannery was entirely a marketplace for shops, restaurants and live entertainment, including a comedy club. With three levels of winding walkways, balconies and bridges, the Cannery serves as a top tourist destination.
