The 28,100-sf second phase at 1100 W. Dillon Rd. includes a number of tenants: Silverstone Mortgage, Fringe Hair Salon, Buy Back Gams, Pap John's Pizza, Everybody Loves Wireless, Wahoo Fish Taco, Bellco Credit Union, Colony Cleaners, Bear Naked Sports, Panera Bread Café and All About Fitness. Currently, there is only one space of 2,102 sf available.
IPS acquired the first phase of Colony Square in May.
