Boulder Firms Pays $6 Mil for Retail Property

LOUISVILLE, CO-Income Property Specialists now owns the entire Colony Square project, having acquired the first phase in May. The second phase is 93% leased. Tenants include Panera Bread Cafi and All About Fitness.

LOUISVILLE, CO-Boulder, CO-based Income Property Specialists has paid $6 million for the second phase of the Colony Square project here. The company now owns the entire project.

”We are excited to complete the total purchase of Colony Square,” says Jack Gindi, president and CEO of IPS. ”This property is an excellent acquisition for our company and will continue to provide stability and solid future growth for our investors.”

The 28,100-sf second phase at 1100 W. Dillon Rd. includes a number of tenants: Silverstone Mortgage, Fringe Hair Salon, Buy Back Gams, Pap John’s Pizza, Everybody Loves Wireless, Wahoo Fish Taco, Bellco Credit Union, Colony Cleaners, Bear Naked Sports, Panera Bread Café and All About Fitness. Currently, there is only one space of 2,102 sf available.
