David Gould has joined Colliers International after being involved in the real estate industry for more than 25 years. Most recently, he headed his own company, David Gould and Associates, which provided strategic planning, financial analysis, forecast modeling and project management.

Now he will head up Colliers' most recent addition to its offering—corporate services. This service will provide hands-on management for real estate assignments, as well as provide consultation services before, during and after real estate transactions, including strategic planning, forecasting and design, and facility management.

"Colliers' market leadership led them to conclude that non-transaction services are essential for the challenges faced by our corporate clients," says Gould. "Corporate clients are realizing more than ever that real estate is a necessary expense that requires more sophisticated management thinking. We are prepared to help our clients plan and implement their real estate programs in a manner that integrates with their business plan."
