"We built homes from which people can walk to stores and other amenities in West End and be near MARTA for transportation to work and other destinations," Integral Properties vice president Vicki Lundy-Wilbon, says in a prepared statement. Ashley Terrace has 44 one-bedroom units, 689 sf, with monthly rents of $720; 36 two-bedroom/one-bath units, 847 sf, $857; 12 two-bedroom/two-bath units, 989 sf, $872; and 20 two-bedroom/two-bath units, 1,015 sf, $923.
