Chicago-based Kingstree Trading took 10,771 sf at 1165 N. Clark St. in a four-year lease deal. Louis Hall and Howard Perino of Cushman & Wakefield represented the company while Mike Kazmierczak of U.S. Equities represented Sandz Real Estate Co.
Meanwhile, Roberts, Nathanson, Wolfson decided to stay at 1560 Sherman Ave., renewing its lease on 5,322 sf. Perino and Hall represented Chicago-based Rotary International, owner of the building, while James Raisher of Corporate Real Estate Solutions represented the tenant.
In Lincolnwood, Planet Moving & Storage has leased 25,712 sf of industrial space at 3650 W. Pratt Ave. The building is owned by Chicago-based REIT First Industrial Realty Trust, which has used Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. in 16 successful lease negotiations in the past four years.
Brett Kroner of Cushman & Wakefield represented Planet Moving & Storage. Senior vice president Jack H. Rosenberg, SIOR, and senior associate Steven A. Kohn, both of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler, represented First Industrial.
