Bloomfield is taking over the role of the late Dennis Beadle, who died in June. Beadle founded Denvale in 1997, and developed a £50million ($73.5 million) development programme totalling 400,000 with trade parks at Basingstoke, Bristol, Cardiff, Crawley, Merton and Newbury. A seventh scheme is under development in Salisbury.
Bloomfield is an ex-Chairman of the Industrial Agents Society. His 20-year career as an agent took him to Clive Lewis & Partners, Colliers Erdman Lewis and Fletcher King. He will remain as a consultant to Fletcher King.
