BL Gazeley, the 50/50 joint venture between The British Land Company PLC and Gazeley Properties--the UK property arm of Wal-Mart--speculatively developed the £8 million ($11.8 million) first phase at Delta Park. Phase 1 comprises a terrace of four units totalling 87,962 sf set on a 22.1-acre industrial and distribution site in Millmarsh Lane, Enfield.

Unit 2 consisting of 15,794 sf is currently under offer, leaving only 48,536 sf of speculative accommodation available in Phase 1. BL Gazeley plans to develop 450,000 sf of bespoke industrial and distribution accommodation at Delta Park. Design and build packages are available for units ranging in size from 40,000 sf to 170,000 sf.

The park is in the Brimsdown area of Enfield, north of London. This industrial area is second only in size in London to Park Royal, west of London. Brimsdown is linked to two of the capital's major ring roads, the M25 motorway and the A406 North Circular.

Jones Lang LaSalle and Holley Blake are joint letting agents. Weatherall Green & Smith represented News International.
