Phase 1 is 95% leased.

Amenities include ground-level shops and services, spiral staircases, wood windows, exposed brick walls, 17-foot ceilings and rooftop gardens.

The high-end community sits on the campus of the former St. Luke's Hospital. It's a blend of renovated buildings and new construction.

The second phase is under construction and includes 247 apartment homes.

The Post project is seen as the catalyst for the revival of the Uptown neighborhood, much like Coors Field jump-started Lower Downtown. Dozens of upscale loft projects and renovations have taken off in Uptown since Post began its project.
